Our main affiliate partner is 'Brunel Manufacturing (Pty) LTD', the proud manufacturer and supplier of top quality South African cosmetic products. We also have two Gauteng Brunel factory shop branches. One in Edenvale and one in Centurion.

Yes. We know this is a worry, especially for the first-timers. All credit card transactions take place on a secure Paygate 'VCS' (Virtual Card Services) and are directly linked to Standard Bank. VCS is a secure online payment gateway that has 128bit encryption which means that you can feel confident using your credit card or creating an account on our site. No credit card details are stored on our site.

Why are your product ranges so affordable?
Well, that is the whole point of this shop! We are able to offer the South African public quality cosmetics, without wasting money on fancy packaging. We pride ourselves on the actual formulas of our cosmetic ranges. Like they say -The proof is in the pudding!

How often do you get new products?
We're constantly developing new formulas. From time to time we will launch a new range in our factory shops. If we see that the range becomes popular well we will bring it to our online shop.

Do you deliver?
Yes. We use Berco Express for nation wide delivery. Our site is directly linked to Berco Express. The cost of delivering your package is calculated using volumetric measurements and will fall within different weight/size categories. The system will automatically detect the the most cost effective way to send your package. So make the most of our affordable products and put lots of goodies into your basket! Why is the delivery quote estimator more expensive over the weekend?
Berco Express automatically charges more over weekends and as we are directly linked to Berco Express we cannot change this. However, given that we only process transactions on weekdays we recommend that you add the goodies to your 'wishlist' and then make the payment on a weekday. It's up to you, it can save you a buck or two.

Do you offer free delivery?
No, but clients who purchase products to the value R1000 or more per transaction are entitled to a R100 Brunel Online Factory Shop gift voucher.

What do I do if I don't receive my package?
Just contact us. We will work out what went wrong and sort it out.

What if you send me the wrong thing?
If we have delivered the wrong product please contact us and we will resolve the situation speedily with the correct item(s).

Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes. We sell virtual gift vouchers in four denominations. Our virtual gift vouchers are encoded, and when purchasing online your Brunel Online Factory Shop account will simply be credited to the value purchased. This voucher can be used for as many purchases as the value allows. Your Brunel Online Factory Shop account will simply be debited after each purchase. Voucher(s) will be valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.
